Choose from 2 themedworkshops these holidays.
The first workshops on Thursday 23 September are Jack and the Beanstalk Gardens. We'll all have fun with stories and creating large and small teepees to play in and grow beans on as well as growing our own beanstalk garden to take home.

The second workshops are Garden Art- Creating your own Flags and Banners on Thursday 30 Spetember.  We'll be creating our own personalised flags and banners decorated witih some excellent natural materials found in the gardens including natural dyes, rubbings, pressings, ochre and much more.

Workshops are open for all children aged 4-14. An adult is  needed to supervise their own children.
The cost of just $20 per child  includes morning or afternoon tea and all materials plus a Great time.

    Gourmet gardening workshops

Hot off the press is the announcement of the next Gourmet Gardening Workshop. The first, held at the amazing Chef Brent Southcombe’s kitchen and garden were a resounding success. An elite group of budding gardeners and chefs attended and learnt how to establish a vegie patch then harvested and prepared a range of exotically exuberant dishes from Brent’s and my own garden harvests. YUM!!!

So, if you’d like to be a part of this gardening and cooking workshop that will give you inspiration to grow the freshest food you possibly can for your health and enjoyment, call me straight away to book in. It’s just $130 for a truly Gourmet experience on Sunday Thursday 26 September 10-1pm. (Great for a gift too!)

ECO TIP
Growing your own beans can provide you with up to a kilo of fresh, crunchy beans per week from just 3 wee tee pees of climbing beans.

GARDEN TIP
When growing beans, be careful not to keep them too wet before they germinate. They tend to rot in the ground if the seed is soggy.
